Own and optimize the digital backbone of global Order‑to‑Cash processes.

ABB E‑Mobility is looking for a Senior Order Handling Digitalization Expert to ensure the reliability, scalability, and automation of our end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash platform. In this role, you will act as the technical backbone of the O2C organization, owning the Salesforce‑to‑ERP order flow and driving automation until full hands‑off processing is achieved.

Your Responsibilities

• Govern the end‑to‑end Salesforce–ERP order processing architecture
• Act as the key interface between O2C, IT, Sales, Logistics, and Finance
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention
• Lead the resolution of complex system‑driven order and integration exceptions
• Proactively monitor the digital order flow and ensure system stability
• Perform root cause analysis and drive sustainable system improvements
• Ensure global adherence to standardized digital O2C processes

Your Background

• Solid experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong background in Order‑to‑Cash, operations, or digital process management
• Deep understanding of system integrations and data flow architectures
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex IT environments
• Automation‑first and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions
• Fluent English (Italian preferred)
