As the Service Transformation Program Manager, you will lead initiatives that monitor, analyze, and improve service performance and operations. Your work will directly impact ABB eMobility’s ability to deliver outstanding service to customers around the globe. You’ll manage projects, support transformation activities, and provide key analytics to guide strategic decisions.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Monitor, report, and provide visibility into the progress of critical projects, activities, and strategic initiatives. 

  • Work independently to manage and prioritize multiple projects across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment. 

  • Create standardized and custom reports; conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. 

  • Support service performance tracking and help address root causes to improve operational outcomes and customer satisfaction. 

  • Conduct data-driven research and generate insights that shape continuous improvement efforts in the service organization. 

  • Contribute to process mapping and help define performance metrics in collaboration with service teams. 

  • Assist in the rollout of new processes through clear communication, training materials, and documentation. 

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and sustained progress. 

  • Maintain a hands-on, proactive mindset—ready to dive into tasks, support the team, and have fun while making a meaningful impact. 

The team you will be part of is the Service Team and reports to the Head of Service Operations. It is a standalone position which interacts with the broader team. It can be based in Delf ( Netherlands) or Heidelberg ( Germany).

 

Your profile:  

  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable with a high sense of integrity and ownership. 

  • Demonstrated experience in service operations, process improvement, or transformation projects. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large datasets and KPIs. 

  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to lead independently. 

  • Effective communicator and team player with strong interpersonal skills. 

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus. 

  • Excellent communicator (verbal & written) in English. German, Italian, French or Spanish is a plus.
