Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the design and verification of heat dissipation solutions for power supply product systems, modules and single boards
2. Be responsible for the research and application promotion of heat dissipation technology and noise control technology for power supply products
3. Be responsible for analyzing, locating and handling heat dissipation and noise issues of power supply products, and summarize technical cases
4. Be responsible for the thermal simulation assessment of power supply products and select heat sinks, fans, interface materials, etc
5. Be responsible for tracking the closed loop of thermal testing of power supply products and continuously improving the accuracy of thermal simulation
6. Pay close attention to and keep track of the development trends of new technologies in heat dissipation materials, and continuously enhance the competitiveness of products
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Engineering Thermophysics, Refrigeration Engineering or related fields
2. Have 5 years or more of working experience in thermal design and thermal testing of electronic products, and be familiar with at least one thermal/fluid simulation software
3. Be familiar with the characteristics of materials such as fans and interface materials, and be familiar with various heat sink processing techniques
4. Familiar with the entire process of thermal design for power supply product development, having conducted simulation evaluations of multiple electronic products using thermal simulation software and carried out overheat tests
5. Candidates with experience in thermal design of power supply products are preferred
6. Be passionate about thermal design work and willing to engage in it for a long time. and possess a good sense of teamwork and communication and coordination skills
7. Have a good command of a foreign language, be proficient in reading foreign language literature related to the major, and possess good English writing and conversation skills
