This role is for AC/Home Charging.

As the Global Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the global service team and building a service network globally.

Reporting to Head of Global Export Business, you will be working to formulate and execute key global service strategies.
 

Main accountabilities:

  • Develop a global service network to support after sales service activities
  • Formulate and execute the global service strategies with the service team
  • Working with Head of Global Export Business for monthly and quarterly review that the service KPIs are met
  • Define and implement service global service KPI to achieve customer satisfaction for the export markets
  • Develop effective processes for managing service cases raised
  • Enable and support appointed global service partners
  • Develop and execute service level agreement with service partners
  • Establish regular reports and statistics of the service performance reports to management. Reviews and analyzes performance against standards and prepares improvement plans
  • Manage and execute warranty claim process for export markets

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in relevant field or A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven managerial experience is a bonus
  • Solid understanding of building service network
  • Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Able to travel up to 30% of a calendar year
