This role is for AC/Home Charging.

As the Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing sales process in view of effectiveness.

Reporting to Head of Global Export Business, you will ensure that the sales team operate efficiently to support business growth.

 

Main accountabilities:

  • Working with Head of Global Export Business to optimize existing sales processes and policies for export sales team
  • Execute forecasting process and maintain forecasting data from front-end sales to back-end operations team
  • Preparation of data and ensure data quality for monthly and quarterly business review
  • Improve and develop the sales funnel management process for effectiveness
  • Working with Head of Global Export Business to support the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
  • Accountable and drive the yearly sales budgeting process
  • Monitor and analyze key sales performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions
  • Provide pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals
  • Collaborate with product marketing and finance to develop an overall sales operations plan
  • Provide training on sales tools and new sales processes

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in relevant field or A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven managerial experience is a bonus
  • Solid understanding of sales processes
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Prolific in MS Office Tools
