ABB E-mobility is looking for a Spare Parts Business Support Specialist to join the Asset Management Team. In this role, you will support the growth and profitability of the Spare Parts business through data analysis, process optimization, and commercial support activities, working closely with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and IT teams in an international environment.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and update spare parts catalogs, product configurations, and price lists across global markets.
- Prepare technical and commercial documentation, spare parts lists, and data required for tenders, quotations, and customer requests.
- Support Sales Managers and Key Account teams with contract administration, order management accuracy, and commercial compliance activities.
- Analyze sales, margins, and inventory data from ERP/CRM systems, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and stock turnover.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools, providing actionable business insights.
- Manage Salesforce workflows and collaborate with IT teams to improve processes, test new functionalities, and resolve system issues.
- Provide operational support across Supply Chain, Logistics, Service, and Sales teams to ensure efficient execution of daily activities.
Your background
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Support, Sales Operations, Aftermarket, Spare Parts, Service Operations, or similar roles within international organizations.
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP/SAP S/4HANA) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools is considered a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Aftermarket, or Service Operations environments will be considered an advantage.

Compensation Package
The employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level of C3/B2 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from € 31.000,00. The specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process (including experience, skills set, and role fit), in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles. The total compensation package will also includes a variable bonus linked to individual and company targets.
