We are seeking for a Strategic Account Director – OEM & Corridor Charging. As a Strategic Account Director – OEM & Corridor Charging, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by scaling OEM relationships into commercial programs and securing high-value infrastructure partnerships, while acting as the market expert and business owner for OEM and corridor charging.
In this role you will take full accountability for revenue and strategic partnership. You won't just respond to opportunities—you'll create them, ensuring ABB E-mobility becomes Europe’s preferred partner for the future.
In this role your main accountabilities will be:
- Account Expansion & Transition Management_ Scale existing OEM relationships into commercial programs with framework agreements, and transition established accounts to Territory Account Managers for sustainable growth.
- Commercial Ownership & Revenue Delivery_ Own and deliver order intake and revenue targets for OEM programs and infrastructure partnerships across multinational markets.
- Driving Winning RFQs & Tender Strategies_ Lead and orchestrate large, complex RFQs and tenders, coordinating internal teams and partners to ensure competitive positioning.
- Opportunity Management & Deal Execution_ Build and convert pipeline of OEM and infrastructure opportunities from origination through closing, establishing programs and partnership structures.
- Market Expertise & Industry Insight_ Act as market expert on truck OEMs and corridor electrification ecosystem, developing deep understanding of value chains, TCO drivers, and competitive landscape.
- C-Level Partnership Leadership_ Engage at C-level to position ABB as trusted advisor, structuring multi-party infrastructure deals and developing multi-year account plans.
To make the above work, we are seeking senior sales strategist and contributor with:
- Strong experience in OEM ecosystem and large enterprise sales with proven hunter track record in converting relationships into revenue.
- Established network in automotive OEM sector with deep understanding of OEM distribution networks and requirements.
- Proven ability to engage at C-level and close complex, multi-party deal-making in infrastructure and partnership contexts.
- Experience orchestrating and leading large RFQs, tenders, and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to translate market insights and customer needs into winning go-to-market strategies and scalable commercial models.
- Experience in EV charging and mobility infrastructure (strong plus) combined with capability to develop and scale programs.
