We are seeking a Territory Account Manager to own and drive revenue growth across France, Spain and Italy — acquiring and growing key accounts and enabling channel partners to accelerate fleet electrification.

 

In this role your main accountabilities will be:

 

  • Own and deliver revenue and order intake targets for the Southern region, leading deals from origination to close
  • Acquire new local customers in Transport & Logistics and build a high-value, conversion-ready pipeline
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts through multi-year account plans, upsell and cross-sell, and structured follow-up
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts with deep knowledge of their business, strategy and competitive environment
  • Enable Channel Partners (OEMs, resellers, installers) to scale electrification solutions across your territory
  • Lead and orchestrate RFQs and tenders, ensuring competitive positioning and high-quality proposals
  • Translate market and competitive insights into winning local go-to-market strategies

To make the above work, we are seeking a driven territory owner with:

 

  • Strong experience in B2B account management and business development, with a proven track record in complex sales
  • A sharp commercial mindset, execution focus and the ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders
  • The ability to build lasting relationships at all levels within large organisations
  • Experience in EV charging, energy infrastructure or Transport & Logistics — a significant advantage
  • An established network within the electrification or fleet management space — a strong plus
  • A hands-on, self-motivated approach with solid organisational skills
