Warehouse Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support and optimize our warehouse and shipping operations. Your Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure smooth daily operations across warehouse and shipping activities
  • Create and manage SAP outbound deliveries for 3PL partners on a daily basis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and WMS systems
  • Oversee daily dispatching of spare parts and finished goods in line with plans and company targets
  • Support Return-to-Stock back-office activities
  • Monitor and improve stock accuracy through cycle counting and root cause analysis
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within warehouse operations
  • Ensure warehouse procedures are clearly defined, implemented, and followed by 3PL partners

 

Your Background

 

  • High School Diploma; a Degree in Economics or Engineering is a plus
  • 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar field is preferred
  • Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and MS Office
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical mindset with a customer-focused approach
  • Proactive, flexible, and collaborative, with a curious attitude and strong team spirit
